Suwanee Sports Academy is looking for an energetic, outgoing, reliable individual to serve as a Customer Service & Events Associate. Responsibilities include managing front desk, managing incoming calls, engaging with customers, identifying and assessing customer needs, working with Guest Services Manager ensuring programs run smoothly and facility needs are met. If you have an interest in a career in sports marketing, facility management and/or sports event operations this is a great way to get started gaining valuable experience in a thriving and innovative private sports business.
The individual will be responsible for communicating with the program directors and coordinating the transition between various programs within the facility. These responsibilities include gym set up, participant check-in, directing customers to their program, collection of payment & coordination with other staff and/or programs.
Requirements: Individual must be a high school graduate, college classes/degree preferred. Individual must be proficient in basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, and Internet). This is an entry-level position in an active sports environment. A sports background is preferred, but not required. This is not a seasonal position, we are looking for a committed year-round employee.
The position is for part-time employment but could develop into full time during certain times of the year. Individual must be flexible with their schedule and willing to work nights and weekends. This position works well for local college students.
